I didn't realise that I had befriended so many at my work place. I was actually surprised to see a few sad reactions from unexpected quarters. I am really feeling a little heavy today.
No person is, or should be, indispensable in an organization. What matters when you quit are the friends who stay with you through and after the change. They tell you how your smile made a difference to their days.
